Jackman Maine Snowmobile Trail

Jackman Maine Snowmobiling

Snowmobiling is a growing sport in Maine year after year and for good reason. The beautiful scenery, groomed trails and abundant resorts make snowmobiling attractive. Maine has thousands of miles of ITS trails and club trails that will lead you to every corner of the state. Bulldog Camps is in the heart of the most beautiful mountainous area of the entire state. The perfectly groomed trails can lead one on a 200 plus mile adventure in a day.

One of Bulldog Camps specialties is our guided back country tour into the magnificent mountains that surround our cabins. Though these trails are not groomed, they can be very rewarding with all the beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife. Maine's highest groomed trail is just a few miles from our camps. Coburn Mountain has an elevation of 3760' with a groomed trail leading all the way to the top. Be sure to bring along your camera to capture all the beautiful views you'll see while snowmobiling here at Bulldog Camps.

Another of Maine's snowmobiling destinations is picturesque Grand Falls, located just 15 miles from the famous ITS 89 that runs through the Western Mountains of Maine, and into Canada. Moosehead Lake, Eustis, Rangeley, Bingham and Kokadjo are a nice day ride from Bulldog. Due to the elevation surrounding Bulldog Camps the snow comes early and stays late. If you're a preseason or late season rider, this is the place for you, you can leave the camps and ride hundreds of miles of trails without crossing a highway or riding a plowed road. We have several access routes into Bulldog including coming across Enchanted Pond, just one mile from ITS 89.
